Process:

Add refined flour (maida), granulated sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder with curd into an outsized bowl add water and blend them together with your hands and make a dough, not to tight not to loose. Then apply oil and keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Now roll it during a cylindrical mould and cut all sides equally and make a little dough. Apply flour and roll the dough into a skinny flat roti with the help of rolling pin. Put it on a hot flat pan and cook on both sides.

For garnish spread.

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic paste

Process:

Mayonnaise

Add mayonnaise in a small bowl mix up with garlic paste and salt.

For chicken preparation.

Boneless chicken
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp juice
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
4 tbsp curd (dahi)
Pinch of cinnamon powder
Oil (for grilling)

Process:

Place your chicken on a flat surface slice every part from the center. Now take another bowl and add all the above ingredients for chicken (from oil, salt, garlic paste, to black pepper powder, and lastly, add curd) mix up all the ingredients well.

Add chicken into the ingredients bowl and blend, then keep it for a remainder of 5 Minutes for the spice to urge well mix into the Chicken.

Masala

Now heat a flat grill pan and pour oil let it get heat, then place the slice of chicken on top. Flip it and cook it on both sides until it get golden brown.
