The talk about India is words of culture, color, trading, palace, food, and most significantly is street food. I used to be brooding about dabeli yesterday, and Today, I bought it to you all. Sweet simple recipe with homemade ingredients with some green, and red chutney. Many of them do not know about this recipe, fine! I will be able to make it easy for you, let’s examine or dabeli masala recipe.
What all the ingredients you would like to possess for today’s recipe?
Dabeli masala (Recipe)
½ cup coriander
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
4 black cardamom
2 star Anis
10-15 black pepper cons
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 inch of cinnamon stick
2-3 bay leaves
2-3 dry kashmiri chili
2 tsp black salt
1 ½ tsp degi red chili powder
¼ tsp asafoetida (Hing)
⅓ cup dried coconut
2 tbsp groundnut oil
2 tsp sugar
Heat a pan, add all the above ingredients from (coriander…… to asafoetida) and roast this during a low flame until the spices turn aroma. Once the smell begin close up your gas and transfer it into a bowl. Now add dried coconut during a pan and roast it mixes both the ingredients and let it cool completely during a temperature.
Grind this masala and add groundnut oil with sugar and blend well.
Red garlic chutney:
10-12 dry red chili (Soaked Overnight)
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp degi red chili powder
2 tsp groundnut oil
¼ cup peanuts
For chutney, add all the above ingredients one by one during a bowl then add water and grind this during a grinder. This red garlic chutney should be more thin, then add water and blend it well.
⅓ cup roasted peanut
2 tbsp dabeli masala
Add ⅓ cup of roasted peanuts into a bowl and grinded dabeli masala, mix it together with your hand and kept aside.
2 medium-sized chopped onion
1 chopped green chili
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp juice
Add your chopped onion during a bowl with chopped green chili and coriander leaves, sprinkle juice and blend all the item well for sourness into the onion.
Dabeli filling stuffs.
3 grated boiled potatoes
2 tsp groundnut oil
2 tbsp prepared dabeli masala
Firstly take a pan add 2 tsp groundnut oil, add 2 tbsp dabeli masala and cooks, then add grated boiled potatoes and water, cook this in medium flame until the masala mix completely. Transfer this into a parat and let it cool, now sprinkle dabeli masala on top, nylon SEV, pomegranate pearl and onion mixture.

Red garlic chutney

Cut your pav from center apply tamarind chutney and red garlic chutney on both sides. Fill it with dabeli filling stuffs inside out. Cover it with nylon SEV as outer coat.
